Vanker Industries Limited is a Hong Kong based company in the gifts, premium stationery and Toys industry. 
It established since 1996. We are accredited Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice Guidelines US,2008(GMPC) and ISO22716:2007(E) Cosmetics- Guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Our factory has been audited and got the IETP,GSV, GMPC, ISO 22716:2007(E) GMP, ISO9001:2015 approval. 

We specialize in making different kinds of Color Pen, Markers, Slime, Light Weight Clay, Non-Dry Clay, Super-cloud slime, Dough, Dynamic Sand, Fizzy Tablet, Light Weight Plaster, Art Sets, Drawing Accessories and DIY Chemistry Lab Set. Our products are conformed to EN71 part 1,2,3 and 9, LHAMA ASTM D-4236, BS7272 part 1,2, and REACH. We will monitor our products regularly to guarantee they can fulfill the international standard. 

Our head office is located in Hong Kong as well as factory in Shenzhen, China. There are 8 staffs in Hong Kong office and are responsible for sales, order organizing, logistics, accounting and product development.

Vanker has invested to build an in-house laboratory inside our factory. We can monitor the heavy elements of incoming materials and finished products by means of Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometer (ICP). We have our own microlab to monitor the cleanliness of products regularly.

We have Clean Room facilities to make sure there is no dust or bacterial contaminated into our products (inks, Slime, Dough, Clay etc.) We will test our products accordingly and see whether exceeded the total plate count limit through our Microbiology Laboratory. With the capability of self-checking, we can more actively to maintain the quality of our product and reduce the risk of potential harmful products into the markets.

Our factory has 15,000 square meters and mainly for R&D and manufacturing. It is near the boundary of Hong Kong. There are over 300 workers with various machineries. They include injection molding and pen assembly machines in color pen and marker production department. We also have our own molding tooling department which means the mold of all our markers like felt tip pen, highlighter, glitter glue, art cases…… etc. are done by ourselves. It is more flexible to carter for the various needs of customers.

Our experienced R&D chemical team also specializes in the development, manufacturing and safety of various chemical related products such as slime, dough, clay, Dynamic Sand etc. We have well connection with lab and most of top companies, and thus we understand the trend in toy industries. We could provide different suggestions to toy items regarding to performance and safety no matter the item is existing in the market or not.

In addition, there are silkscreen printing, pad printing, foil stamping, high frequency welding, sonic welding in our packaging department to meet customer requirements of their own packing style. Moreover, we have our own water purification system to ensure the water is clean enough to provide our products production.

As our safety concern mentioned earlier, material used have been carefully selected, in mainly from US, Japan, German and Taiwan.

With rapid expansion and high working efficiency in our office and factory, our productivity is over 1,500,000 pieces of markers a day. We are linking forward to serving you in near future.
